COCOWIF website for selling Lladro, Nao, retro furniture, antiques, porcelain, decoration, etc.. accepts orders to deliver to most addresses in Europe, United States, Australia, China and other countries outside the European Union.
If you wish to make orders from other countries, our customer service department will help you to manage any chance of shipping.

– How does the sale take place?

– Warranty, returns and withdrawals

In all cases, the products with damage occured during the transportation, will be accepted to be return. COCOWIF will pay the return postage provided everytime the damage is notified within a maximum period of three days from the date of delivery of the item at the buyer’s delivery address. Buyer should send an email to our address; and the customer service department shall inform you the steps to follow.
